Youth Camp (for completed 7th-12th graders) will take place June 26-June 30 at Dwell Camp at Highland Lakes, TX (5902 Pace Bend Road N Spicewood, TX 78669). The cost of camp is $200 (deposit included). Please complete the form below and pay the $75 deposit to register your child or you can choose to pay full amount at this time.
IMPORTANT: there is a Student Camp Registration Form attached below that must be completed and returned to Noel prior to leaving for camp. If this form is not completed, the student will not be able to attend camp.
Additionally there is a Medicine Form that must be filled out if your student takes any prescription medicine.
By completing the following form I consent to the following:
I am the legal guardian of the child listed below and do hereby consent for the below mentioned student to travel with First Baptist Church of Crawford, Texas, to Dwell Camp from June 26 through June 30, 2026. Additionally, I grant permission for representatives of First Baptist Church of Crawford, Texas or other camp staff to obtain necessary medical attention for the aforementioned student in the event of illness or injury, either of which are highly possible in a camp setting. I also recognize that misconduct by my student may result in the discontinuation of my student’s time at camp, and I will be responsible for travel arrangements and cost if my student is sent home. I also acknowledge that pictures/videos of my student may be used to promote camp or FBC Crawford on church or camp social media unless I deny their use in writing to First Baptist Crawford.
I, the undersigned, do hereby verify that the information on this form is correct, and I do hereby release and forever discharge First Baptist Church of Crawford, Texas, and its representatives or sponsors from any and all claims, demands, actions or cause of action past, present or future out of any damage or injury while traveling to/from and participating in this event.

The total cost of camp is $200. This includes transportation, meals, a t-shirt, and all the fun entailed in camp!
Please make a $75 deposit to reserve your spot. The remaining $125 must be paid prior to departure for camp. Or you can choose to pay the full $200 at this time.
